Don’t be scared by this idea! The nutty flavour of pumpkin seed oil is great with ice cream.
- 2 cups Vanilla ice cream
- 2 tsp Pumpkin Seed Oil
- Waffle cone (optional)
Two ways you can do this. Simply drizzle the oil over the ice cream and serve OR let the ice cream soften in the fridge for 10-15 minutes and then mix it in and refreeze for 2 hours. It does reduce the ice cream but it like having a fantastic soft serve ice cream! You can easily put in into a waffle cone if you wish.
