Ingredients and Preparation:
- 250 g Soft Cream Cheese
- 4 / 5 tbs of The Pumpkin house`s Pumpkin seed oil
- a bit of fresh, red onion (chop finely)
- Salt (to taste)
Mix Soft Cream Cheese, chopped onion (small pieces) and oil in the bowl (with the hand-mixer). The colour usually turns ˝Wasabi-green˝. Salt to taste.
