Ingredients:
- half Red Cabagge
- 1 small Onion or Garlic
- 3 Tbs Pumpkin Seed Oil
- 1 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt (to taste)
Preparation:
Chop the cabagge on tiny strips and put it in the bowl. Add to a salad bowl with finely chopped onion/garlic and pumpkin seed oil. Toss gently and then add the balsamic vinegar, salt and mix again.

Just bought the oil at ferry road and tried the cream cheese dip. We have friends coming for drinks and nibbles tonight and I will make it and serve it with homemade oat and walnut biscuits
