Ingredients:
- 4 Atlantic Salmon Fillets
- Butter
- 1 tbs Smoke Paprika
- 1 tbs Chilli flakes
- 1 tbs Sea Salt
- 1/2 tbs Rosemay
- 1/2 tbs Thyme
Preparation:
Prepare 4 salmon fillets to cook, cut to serving size and check for bones. Preheat the BBQ plate (or frying pan) to a medium heat. Melt butter. Combine all the rub ingredients well. Sprinkle lightly over the salmon. BBQ the salmon until crispy and brown, then turn. Cook to desired texture, slightly pink in the middle is the common finish point. Drizzle with Pumpkin seed oil before serving.
