Ingredients:
- 1 medium brown onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbs ground cumin
- 1 tbs paprika
- 1/4 tbs cayenne pepper
- 500 g beef mince
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucamber, chopped
- Pumpkin seed oil
Preparation:
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onion. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until softened. Add cumin, paprika and cayenne pepper. Cook, stirring, for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add mince. Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up mince, for 8 minutes or until browned. Heat taco shells following packet directions. Divide beef mixture . Top with chopped tomato and cucamber. Drizzle with Pumpkin seed oil. Serve.
